Shipments and returns

Please read carefully

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment confirmation via email and are shipped via suppliers address in Baliuag, Bulacan with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Air21 is our preferred shipper for the local deliveries (within the Philippines) and normally packages will be delivered next day.  For international orders, we prefer to use EMS for your cost benefit but should you prefer next day deliveries like Fedex, DHL or UPS, please contact us first.  Since EMS is a budget mail & parcel carriers, expect your package to be delivered within 7 days during normal season to 15 days during busy season.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage/courier costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.  We will insure your package if it exceeds P500.

NO MEETUPS.  To minimize costs of labor, we will only do shipping via courier above.  ABSOLUTELY No meet ups unless you are making a huge order.
