Can anyone recommend a partnership and corporation book in a conceptual approach.. our textbook kasi is more on the procedural approach..

conceptual approach explains everything unlike procedural na parang pinapamemorize yung lesson...

I really need this 1 week na lang finals na namin....thank you in advance...
