Welcome to PinoyCPA.com!
I am Manny, site Admin and in behalf our PinoyCPA Officers (the Global Moderators, the QuizMasters and Fun and Event Movers Team), I would like to welcome you to this site. If you are new here, you may be wondering what this site is all about so let me tell you something about it.
PinoyCPA.com was born online on February 2008 by a group of people who would like to provide a venue online for Pinoys to discuss the CPA profession in general with special focus on helping inspire more people to take the CPA review, pass the CPA exams and become Certified Public Accountants. Our MAIN GOAL is to help more people, especially those who lost hope or losing hope, to become Certified Public Accountants. The site has evolved over the years to become a venue not only for CPA reviewees but also for Accountancy students and those who are already working in the private and public sector as Accountants or Finance Professionals.
Nowadays, CPAs, Finance professionals, working Accountants, board exam reviewees, Accountancy students and even the educators and CPA exam reviewers meet and discuss each day not only topics about the CPA Board exams but also all issues affecting the Accountancy and Finance sector within the Philippines. Soon, the site has caught up with Pinoy CPAs and Accountants working abroad and more Accountancy discussions follow on a global scale.
Truly, we can say that PinoyCPA.com is growing bigger, better and global each passing day. Our well-moderated forum is now enriched with valuable information, shared experiences, new ideas, rich comments, intelligent opinions, helpful suggestions, rare tips, and fun stuff for every Pinoy Accountant at heart. The forum also boasts of a lively community with its Shoutbox being the venue for people to talk about anything and everything under the sun anytime of the day anywhere in the world. The community atmosphere is pleasant and professional and yet holds a lot of fun too. You will find it easy to find new friends of the same feather here.
A major improvement on the site happened in November 2009, when we launched our PinoyCPA Quizmaster System, the first of its kind in the Philippines where everyone can take a quiz to practice their test taking skills and aptitude in preparation to the CPA board exams or even just for fun. Most of the quizzes are designed to mimic the CPA board exam questions starting from the easiest to hardest you can tackle and has a nagging timer to add pressure and excitement to the users. The quizzes are also categorized per the CPA exam subjects for easy targeting your practice requirements. We are continuously adding new exams per week for our members to practice and enjoy.
PinoyCPA.com offers free membership to anyone and everyone interested in joining a huge community of online members involved in the Accounting profession. Just register and you're done.
